Important Updates at Star Struck Grooming

 

We want to share a few upcoming changes at our salon to keep you informed and help us continue providing the best care for you and your pets:

Payment Update – Effective August 1st
Beginning August 1st, we will no longer be accepting cash payments for services. However, we will gladly continue to accept cash tips for your groomers. For services, we accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and contactless payments.

Pricing Update – Effective September 1st
Starting September 1st, there will be a small price increase due to rising costs in supplies, rent, and wages. This adjustment will help us maintain the high-quality service and care you’ve come to expect from us. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Program Change – Effective September 1st

We want to let you know that we will be retiring the Splash and Dash program as of September 1st. While this program has served many of our clients well over the years, the original contract expired some time ago, and it no longer fits the evolving needs of our salon.

In its place, we’re pleased to introduce our new Express Baths by appointment—a convenient and flexible service designed to deliver the same great value with a more personalized experience for you and your pet.
